Your Design Consultation
When scheduling your appointment online or over the phone, you have the option to select between a virtual consultation conducted via video call or an in-person meeting at your Epic Cabinet showroom. Whether virtual or in-person, our goal is to ensure a seamless and informative experience, guiding you through every stage of the design process.
Regardless of the format you choose, our process remains consistent:
- You’ll meet with your designer to discuss your vision and requirements for your new kitchen.
- Your designer will create a captivating 3D visualization of your design in real-time while you observe.
- Throughout the consultation, your designer will offer expert guidance and walk you through various design options available.
- Towards the conclusion of your appointment, your designer will outline the next steps and provide any necessary timelines for your project.
After Your Consultation
At the conclusion of your consultation, your designer will refine your design further. Following this, they will make some final adjustments before sharing it with you via email.
You will receive several 3D images showcasing your design from different perspectives, along with a detailed quote for your review.
Once your design is shared, your designer will maintain open communication to accommodate any tweaks or modifications you wish to make throughout the process.
Furthermore, your designer will remain your dedicated point of contact, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience without any handoffs to other teams or departments. This streamlined approach ensures a smoother experience for you and your family.
